Coconut sugar is a lower glycemic, non-refined alternative to cane sugar — it's minimally processed, has great natural caramel flavor, and carries trace minerals that refined cane sugar doesn't. It's why our syrups taste the way they do.

how should i store my saltwater?

Once opened, store in the refrigerator. Separation is natural, so shake it up! Consume within thirty days for best flavor.

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We ship ourselves and try to get it out to you as quickly as possible!

shipping

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping rates cover packaging to get your saltwater to you safely and the price to ship. As our thank you to you, you'll receive automatic free shipping at checkout when buying 2 bottles or more!

damages & issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out right away at hello@saltwatersyrups.com so we can make it right.

returns & exchanges

Syrups are a perishable food product, so we're not able to accept returns or exchanges on them — but if yours arrives damaged or something seems off, please let us know and we'll work to make it right.

Merch and apparel are also final sale and we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@saltwatersyrups.com and we'll take care of it.
